These are various photographs I took hiking around Turner Falls park. The
black and white photos are in infrared. I took them in color (with an
infrared filter) and reduced the red channel (because the filter is
imperfect and lets some red visible light through.) Then, I tweaked the
contrast and brightness a little. The last photo is an unmodified infrared
capture. The water is red because it give off almost no heat (infrared) and
some visible light gets through the filter.
