Our Full Moon sails are on the night of the full moon or the day before or after, check our Calendar for dates and times. We meet at Sandyland Resort about an hour before sunset to sail out on Lake LBJ to raft up for dinner while we watch the moonrise. Come join us!

Our Nov 22 Full Moon sail was really nice. The crisp fall air was bracing, but there was little wind so we didn't get cold. We had 8 boats and 24 people attend! Clear skies and the stars were quite a show.

The July 24 Full Moon sail was a hoot! Joel's armadillo eggs were the tastiest I've ever eaten, and the champagne and wine was excellent. The moon arrived right on time, weather was perfect, couldn't ask for better. We had 3 boats packed with members and guests.

Our Monday moonlight sail was perfect. We got off in time to watch the sunset



We relaxed and ate and drank while waiting for the moonrise, which was not a disappointment!





Unfortunately, my camera got a fingerprint on the lens about then, so all the moon pictures are very fuzzy. Darn.
