| Robson Ranch Computer Club |
| Article II Purpose : |
| Promote computer usage amongst the residents of Robson Ranch. |
| Article III Membership and Eligibility : |
| Membership is open to any Robson Ranch resident. |

Article IV Membership Dues : |
| Computer Club membership dues will be set by the Club's Board and approved by the Club's membership. |
| Article V Officers and Executive Committee : |
| The Board shall consist of a maximum of six members and shall elect the Officers of the Club which shall consist of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer which shall comprise the entire Executive Committee. |
| Article VI Standing Committees : |
| The President, with the approval of the Board, may provide for such standing committees as he/she may deem necessary. |
| Section I (List of proposed Standing Committees) | |
| Club Newsletter Editor Education/Class Coordinator Technical Support Webmaster |

| Section II The chairman of the Standing Committees shall be appointed by the President. | |
| Section III Chairmen of the Standing Committees shall keep the President informed of their activities. |
