In 1870 Camilla is head of household, living in Rusk County with eight of her children. She later remarried to William Reynolds and resided in Van Zandt County, TX in 1880. in 1890 she was living in Freestone County, TX with her son Daniel Morgan Giles.
Hope this helps you some. I am assuming Doctor Franklin Giles is buried in Arkansas. As to where Camilla is buried I assume it would either be in Freestone County or if she did die at the home of Candance as thought by some she might be buried at that location.

I am not related to any of these people. My husband is a Giles and while researching his family when I got back to GA I found all this on the Giles Family.

The Giles and O'Quinn families had a close relationship. They both were early settlers of the 99th GMD in Washington County, GA. Two of Alexander and Rachael Giles daughters married O'Quinn boys.

The O'Quinn family of Washington County, GA are descendants of John O'Quinn, Revolutionary Soldier. John was born the son of Bryant and Ellen Turberville O'Quinn on June 13, 1754, in Halifax County, North Carolina. After serving four years in the Revolutionary War, he lived in North Carolina about 10 or 12 years, then moved to the Kershaw District of South Carolina, where on October 7, 1790, he married Rhoda Horton. She was born April 3, 1867 in North Carolina and died March 3, 1852 om Stewart Cpimtu. GA.

I am not a member, but have thought about it. You should be able to find records in North Carolina on him I would think.

Hope this helps you some. I am still trying to learn about this myself.
