Minutes of the organizational meeting on September 11, 2003

The meeting was opened by Mike Carline at 7:15 PM.

In attendance were:

Mike provided a quick overview of why the club was being formed and the goals of the club.

In an open discussion format, the Club's Charter and Bylaws were discussed, finalized and agreed upon by all present.

The organizational group requested that the approved Charter and Bylaws be presented to the Association for its approval.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 PM.
