This place is almost too picturesque to be real. This is because it isn't real... it's a movie set.

Constructed specifically to give the impression it does. A vintage gas station on a lonely highway.

Just off the scenic loop encircling the Davis Mountains there, in the background... just north of Marfa.

A backwater place where the wind is always cool and dry... and the sky is the dominate element in any shot I take.
