Yet again... another of those shots I can only vaguely remember taking.

When I reach that state... my brain seems to shift into a different mode. Time always seems to be a important element. If I have been by myself... alone for a day or two... this seems to increase the likelyhood that I will slip into this mode of "not thinking!" The border to this realm is somewhat undefined... as I never seem to be able to determine when I cross over it. In fact... most of the time, I never even realize I have been there until I've returned and I am looking through my images and think... "Gee... I don't really remember taking that series."

Extended expanses of time alone seems to be one of the common factors.
