I love to cook! This is has been evolving in me for over ten years now. It is hard for me to seperate whether it is a love of cooking itself... or if it is the intense self gratification I receive from serving others. Regardless of what the driving element might be.. I'm addicted! There's nothing I love more than laying out a spread and feeding the multitudes of ravenous college students around here. I might not be able to change their lives... or offer particularly good advice... but there is one thing that's for damn certian.

NO ONE... and I mean NO ONE... leaves my place hungry!

You can't expect to change someone's heart... if their belly is empty! So I'm this weird but likeable middle aged cat... who lives across the street from a major university... rat here in the student slums of San Marcos... I serve well planned, home cooked meals, prepared in $600 French cook-wear and served on Lenox china, to any poor soul who'll sit at my table.

No catches... no strings... no charge! I love them all! In my own small and insignificant way... I like to think I am helping them. I would note that lots of them keep coming back... even when they're not hungry!
