Albert Volentine Livingston (1867-1948), abt. 1887, born in Evergreen, Texas, raised in Florence, Texas, settled and ranched in Talpa, Texas.

 

Tax note sent to Sarah Jane Lawrence Livingston Draper (remarried  a Draper after Volentine Livingston's death in Evergreen in 1869), apparently for her former home which is being rented in Evergreen near Giddings, Texas, in 1884.
