   ˇ  Files here are primarily for New Users and for WWIV SysOps.

   ˇ  ARJ is the most favored file compression utility.  However, DOS will only
      allow PKZIP to be used for making TEMP archives. Please do not convert
      Source Verified .ZIP files (such as SCAN and WWIV) to .ARJ.

   ˇ  No file will be accepted when described as "the newest", "newer", "new
      version of", etc.  Such inaccurate descriptions will result in revocation
      of upload credit.  Updated programs should be described by **COMPILATION
      DATE** and/or **VERSION NUMBER**.

   ˇ  This BBS is a public library for software and other information.

   ˇ  Please use ZModem for file transfers.

ˇ  Currently, the external event is set to happen at 5:22 am!!  If you are
   calling near that time, then you will be able to complete the account info,
   but will be logged off afterward!  You may call back after the external
   event is through.  Currently, the external event takes about 10 minutes,
   except on Sunday it takes about 45 minutes.

ˇ  Call back once in every 60 days to assure that your account is not deleted.
