I have two cats (well, big kittens, really). The fluffy one is Carl Phillip Emanuel, so named because I found him (and his siblings) in this box.
Carl's hobbies are shedding and drinking from the faucet if he can get someone to turn it on for him. I don't do this often because it tends to result in large wet paws on my wood floor.
This is Carl's brother Johann Christoph Friedrich, the smooth one. I expect he and Carl are half-brothers, like the original CPE and JCF.
Johann's hobbies are getting into enclosed spaces and carrying things around the house. He also enjoys hunting bugs.
I need to update the photos, as they are much bigger now and Carl is much fluffier. They will be 2 in March and are still very active. They like to chase each other around the living room, mostly leaping from one piece of furniture to the next, so it gets constantly rearranged. Now in the cold weather, they sometimes snuggle together on the couch or on the armchair by the window.
