How I accurately measure the water.
The mash- Batch sparge for one hour.
Boiling the wort. No damage!
Getting it down to 70F after the immersion chiller got it to 80F.
30 hours later and keeping her cool...
You may notice the discrepancy-
I had to put the wort in another cooler (the mash tun)
because the cheapass valve rig I'd setup started leaking!
