GOAL
I hope to serve at a small institution serving from 1,000 to 2,500 students. This size seems to allow enough students to support strong departments, enough majors to have good collegial interaction between the students, and enough money to buy supplies and infrastructure. However, it is still so small that there are good interactions between people in different departments and the faculty can know their students.
